Who are we?
We are a network of Nigerian youth who are concerned about Nigeria's future and want to play our part in ensuring the growth and development of our country. Our purpose, our justification for existence, our raison d'être is to instill progress in Nigeria. We recognize that our plans, dreams and vision for Nigeria may not be realized in our generation and lifetime, but we understand that it is imperative that we lay a foundation upon which future generations can build upon hence our motto 'the legacy of a better Nigeria'. Thus in all strata of Nigerian society we want to instill progress, whilst leaving behind our legacy. We intend to do this by harnessing the talents, ideas, time and resources of Nigerian youth. Mother Theresa made the following statement "You can do things I can't do, I can do things you can't do, but together we can achieve great things." This is at the heart of The Alliance, we want to synergize our talents, ideas, time and resources to achieve infinitely more together than we can achieve individually.

Core Values
First and foremost we are embracive of all Nigerians and do not tolerate divisions based upon ethnicity and religious lines. It is going to take the efforts of all Nigerians working together to ensure that our nation reaches its full potential.

We exist to serve our people and nation and not our own self-gratifying motives. We are in agreement with the following quotation by Johnnetta B. Cole namely that 'The ultimate expression of leadership is service to others'. Our first concerns are that of our people and country and not ours.

We believe it is imperative that we are accountable to our people and nation, we do not want any trust they place in us to be misplaced. And thus we espouse the notion of integrity.

In all that we undertake, we want to be equipped with knowledge. We believe that the first step in solving any problem is in the acquisition of understanding and knowledge. It is through knowledge and understanding that we abate the source of a problem and not its symptoms.
